UV-resistant tarpaulins are created using materials that protect from ultraviolet radiation from the sun. UV-resistant tarpaulins are made from advanced polymers and additive materials to block these harmful UV rays. Typical materials include polyethene terephthalate (PET) or solution-dyed acrylic that absorb UV rays before they can harm the tarps material. More chemicals like carbon black enable shielding the UV radiation on tarps as well.
